Social science in Bosnia and Herzegovina is characterized by different groups of problems, amongst which is an underdeveloped personnel potential in the area of scientific research in social sciences. In order to further research the problematic, meetings with the representatives of several faculties/universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina were organised, where, with the application of a SWOT analysis i.e. the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, key problems that relate to the underdeveloped personnel potential in the area of scientific research in social sciences, were identified.

You can read more in the policy brief “Social science and research in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Is there an adequately developed personnel potential?” Which you can download HERE.
